Ordering and Payment

Shipping

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States.

Shipping is not available to:

• Hawaii

• APO/FPO addresses

• PO Boxes

• International addresses

Orders placed using unsupported shipping addresses may be cancelled and refunded.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx at our discretion.

Standard shipping typically arrives within five (5) to ten (10) business days; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Warranty and Returns

Checkpoint products are covered by a limited one (1) year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipment.

Approved non-warranty returns may be subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.

Shipping Damage

Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.

Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported directly to the shipping carrier as soon as possible. Customers should also notify Checkpoint Inc. promptly so that we may assist where possible.
